It has been a very busy time as the coming of spring seems to have rejuvenated people’s desire to do something more in this down economy to encourage business.
MarketPlaceLehighValley.com is being developed and soon the Nazareth Area, Slate Belt, and Whitehall Area Chambers of Commerce will make this site available to their memberships. I am very excited to roll it out. The site will be like a ‘wikipedia’ for local business. Company’s can purchase a one page micro-site and use it as their Web site or link to an existing one.
Unlike template based sites, these pages will be customized with a full banner across the top, and have sidebar and main body control of content. More important – no ads, no pop-ups, no pop-unders, and no redirects!
Interact is a social media program I developed for small businesses (corporate edition) and individuals (primarily business professionals, but applicable to anyone) that is strategically focused to support organizational or individual’s annual business goals and objectives. Partnerships, in addition to becoming a member of the three Chambers of Commerce that I’m working on the Market Place Web site with, I’ve also been talking to an area business that provides computer hardware and software services, but didn’t currently have digital marketing, new media, or strategic services. Look for an announcement on this partnership to finalized in the near future.
